FM Warns Saudi Regime with Its Mercenaries of Yemenis’ Impatience

Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf warned on Monday a Saudi regime and its mercenaries of the impatience of the Yemeni people due to their negatively involvement of Yemen’s economy, particularly employees’ salaries as it a paper war or a tool against the Yemenis to kneel them over two years.

The foreign minister said at a press conference held on Monday in Sana’a, who reviewed the latest economic, humanitarian, political and military developments in the country, that for a month the aggression’s warships wouldn’t dare to come near to off the coast of Yemen, stressing any access to Yemen’s coasts would bring the aggression forces only the remorse.

He explained the circumstances of the UN resolution that putting Yemen under Chapter VII and approving sanctions on Yemen’s national figures, noting that these decisions were taken in 2013 based on the wishes and conspiracy of Hadi and his group against Yemen, who summoned the UN Security Council that being convened in Sana’a, and therefore couldn’t absolutely accept the inclusion of this rejected resolution within the current files of the aggression against Yemen in any way or at anyhow.

The vision of the national salvation government is to end the aggression and to engage in a Yemen-Saudi direct negotiations, the minister said.

He confirmed that negotiations would be summed up stopping the raids and withdraw from all land by the occupying foreign forces as well as all mercenaries and terrorists out of the territory of Yemen, after that the army and popular forces would stop targeting the Saudi territory, In addition, canceling the sanctions resolution and get out Yemen of the Chapter VII and opening Sana’a airport before the international navigation.

He mocked the allegations that are being promoted by the media of the aggression and its mercenaries that the Saudi regime would provide $ 10 billion for reconstruction in Yemen. The minister said that those amount does not even equal 5 percent of the what the Saudi aggression destroys Yemen in all fields.

He pointed out that till September 2016 the destruction amounted to and exceed more than $ 180 billion in an initial statistical losses of 40 years of development, reconstruction and development plans.

Foreign Minister denied that the Yemeni people had formed threats to international navigation on the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab, at the same time, the minister said that the Yemeni people has the right to self-defense and defend for their legal rights for any attacks against the country.

He pointed out that the Supreme Political Council and the Government of National Salvation demanded many times from countries that have had a supervisory role in the international routes of the Red Sea to monitor and to identify any threat faced by international shipping vessels.
